Austin serves as President and CEO of Marine Resource Management. He holds an M.S. in Marine Resource Management from Oregon State University and brings experience in fisheries, marine ecology, environmental permitting, and seafood traceability. His work connects research and local knowledge with practical action, including marine debris monitoring, community microloans, FishTrax, and art for science. Austin works with scientists, fishermen, and community partners to support healthy oceans and resilient coastal communities.

Vicki has had a long career in accounting and helps clients keep their numbers organized. After earning a degree in theatre with a minor in accounting, she became involved in local community theatre.

Ifan lives on Tello Island with his family. He has worked much of his life as an octopus fisherman. The ocean and islands are central to his life. He is working to build new opportunities for his family and community.

Before marrying Ifan, Mesiar worked as a seamstress, making clothes in the village. She wants to help with the beach cleanup work. She and Ifan are working to provide a better future for their children and family.
